  • S11 - Common course - all S11 pupils have 3 x 53 min periods per week. Classes have a double period and a single period throughout the session.
  • S3/4 - Course Choice Offers - SG have three single 53 min periods per week throughout the session.
  • Modular classes have three single 53 min periods per week throughout the session and cover Basic Cookery: Introduction to Food Preparation Techniques, Cookery Processes and Food Hygiene in S3 and Introduction to Practical and Organisation Skills in S4.
  • S5/6 - Course Choice Offers:
    Higher Health and Food Technology Intermediate 2 Health and Food Technology Hospitality at Intermediate 2 and an SQA Module - Care Cluster Course
  • Classes have 6 x 53 min periods per week with one double period included.
