Parent Council
The purpose of the Parent Council is to work in partnership with the school to help inform school improvement and raise awareness and understanding with parents about issues that matter to them and to speak up on behalf of parents.
All parents automatically become part of the Parent Forum and have a right to have their voices heard on matters which concern them and their child/children at Queen Anne High School. Views may be expressed on an individual basis or collectively, through the Parent Council.
The Parent Council is made up of parents, staff and local councillors. The Rector acts as an advisor to the Council.
The Council holds approximately 4 meetings per year. Dates of meetings are published in the calendar which is available on the school website. Minutes of meetings can be found in the parent section of the website.
Anyone who would like further information about the Parent Council should contact the Chairperson or Secretary via Email: qahsparentcouncil@gmail.com |
